Cheri Tree is the Founder and CEO of Quattro University and Quattro XTS®, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Irvine, California.

Cheri is an instructor, trainer, and leader for the Quattro companies, teaching many success principles in sales, leadership, and teamwork. Cheri is passionate about teaching Entrepreneurs how to “Live the Power of 4”, which is mastering life in four key areas: Wealth, Wellness, Leadership, and Legacy. She travels around the world teaching Entrepreneurs, Leaders, and Distributors how to build a solid, profitable business while maintaining balance in all four areas.

Prior to founding The Quattro Companies, Cheri Tree spent the last 15 years in the Direct Sales Industry and has become one of the top producers and trainers in the world. A former white water rafting guide, her first year income in network marketing was a mere $700. Cheri spent several years struggling trying to figure out how to actually make her network marketing business work and earn the income she eagerly desired. That’s when she realized that in order to achieve her dream, she must invest in training!

Cheri jumped in feet first into the training industry and began absorbing as much as she could to make herself a better salesperson. Some of the training taught her about different personality types using various systems and techniques. While they were all fascinating in their own way, none of them taught Cheri how to make money from them, nor were the concepts easy to transfer to her sales teams and company leaders to use to grow their businesses either. That is when Cheri decided to develop her own Personality Sales Training System, B.A.N.K.™.

The B.A.N.K.™ Personality Sales Training System was developed to teach entrepreneurs and sales professionals how to “Crack the personality code and take it to the B.A.N.K.™”. Cheri first used the B.A.N.K.™ system on her own and was astonished at her results. She took her income from $72,000 to over $500,000 in one year. Two years later, her income was over $1.2 Million. Not only that, she had leaders in her organization that were now hitting 6 and 7 figures!

By the age of 33, Cheri was a Millionaire and earning in excess of $1 million per year. She still holds the top income record for a former sales company of over $260,000 in commissions in a single month. She was featured in the Your Business at Home magazine in January 2008, and was also featured on the Cover and featured articles of Success from Home magazine, Sept. 2008.

In 2008, Cheri Tree and her partners launched a training company specifically dedicated to Entrepreneurs and people in the Direct Sales and Network Marketing Industry: Quattro University and Quattro XTS®. After personally earning multiple 7 figures in the direct sales industry, she made it her life’s mission to assist other leaders in the industry to earn six and seven-figure incomes as well.

Eric Lofholm
Master Trainer

Eric Lofholm is a Master Sales Trainer who has trained tens of thousands of sales professionals nationwide. He is President and CEO of Eric Lofholm International, Inc., an organization he founded to serve the needs of sales professionals worldwide. Eric is an instructor and member of the Instructor’s Advisory Board for Quattro XTS®.

Eric began his career as a top-producing sales representative for 3 different sales organizations. His consistent track record of regularly outperforming his fellow sales reps earned a reputation of success that follows him to this day.

Eric has been trained by the top trainers of his time including: Anthony Robbins and Dr. Donald Moine Ph. D. as well as countless others.

He has an insatiable quest for knowledge that he feeds by reading, listening to audio tapes, and attending seminars regularly.

Many of America’s top companies hire Eric regularly to train, motivate, and inspire their sales teams. Stephen Gregg
Master Trainer

Stephen has been an entrepreneur throughout his entire adult career. He has been in several direct sales companies and has built multiple 6 and 7 figure incomes in the network marketing industry. Stephen's motto is, “Dreams develop in the minds of men, women, and children, so when you develop the mind, the dreams follow.

In 2006 he launched a very successful marketing and real estate investing company in Laguna Hills, California. He created a marketing company that creates real estate investors while helping people build a nationwide, profitable business or expand their existing business.

Stephen has an extensive sales and training background and has developed a training system that has been used by major Fortune 500 companies. He has trained over 10,000 direct sales and network marketers across the country. Stephen is considered as one of the most inspirational speakers and trainers in the industry of network marketing.

Stephen has been married for 10 years. His personal burning desire is to become a positive role model for his two children, Jaedyn and Maddox while creating successful, spiritual and competent men, women and children worldwide by positively impacting people's lives, one person at a time.


Zach Slobin
Master Trainer

Zach's true burning desire lies in his want to train, motivate and inspire others to achieve greatness for themselves. Zach truly believes, in the core of his being that everyone has the ability to be uniquely great and that everyone deserves to unleash that greatness. With a strong history in business development, and organizational operations, as well as sales training, Zach has a proven track record of connecting with people in way in which drives him and those he encounters to want to be better. He has come to understand firsthand the challenges that everyday entrepreneurs and people face and is passionate about increasing their success personally and professionally.

After receiving his B.A. in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara in 2004, Zach did what most college graduates did; he joined the ranks of Corporate America. However, after several years of feeling underappreciated and under paid, Zach knew the time had come to explore his itch to become an Entrepreneur. Upon first going out on his own at the age of 24, he was met with the harsh realizations of what the world had to offer when it came to building a business. After several successful businesses went south, he found himself back at square one looking for the right opportunity, with the right mentors. In March of 2008, at the age of 26, Zach found just that and has now truly begun to hit his stride as an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Mentor and Real Estate Investor.

With a strong history in business development, and organizational operations, as well as sales training, Zach has a proven track record of connecting with people in way in which drives him and those he encounters to want to be better. After several years in other Entrepreneurial endeavors, Zach was introduced to the concept of Network Marketing. A veteran of the industry for over 5 years, having built his own Network Marketing Company and becoming a powerful producer in several others Zach truly values the gifts which the industry has produced for him.

A native of Los Angeles, Zach recently relocated back to Los Angeles, California after spending the last 4 1/2 years in San Francisco and North Carolina and Orange County, California, in order to pursue greater endeavors. Zach considers himself to be a committed listener and motivator, and prides himself on his positive outlook and unwavering desire to be successful for himself and more importantly those closest to him. Jenny Luetkemeyer
Vice President

Jenny Luetkemeyer brings over 20 years of experience working in the fields of telecommunications, entertainment, public relations, integrative wellness, franchising and network marketing. Her ability to build relationships and create joint ventures that result in strategic alliances has proven to be the driving force behind her success. She is a performance-oriented leader, whose teamwork mentality and dedication come from her commitment to “No matter what, whatever it takes!

Having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management and an Associates of Arts degree in Economics, Jenny worked for over 13 years with AT&T in the areas of Collections, Network Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Training.

Jenny went on to receive an Independent Filmmaker and Producer’s diploma and has provided her talents to the theater, film, and television industries. She’s worked with such great talents as Donald Trump, Mark Burnett, Angie McKnight, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Matthew Lillard, Sean Astin, Anne Heche, Gina Gerschon, Clifford Bell, Harold Arlen, Kathryn Crosby, and Donna McKechnie just to name a few.

After working as the VP of Business Development with CEO H. John Mejia of In the Zone TV and Capitol Marketing Concepts, Jenny became inspired to launch her own company and enter the field of network marketing. As an entrepreneur, she knew the leverage of this business model would enable her to create wealth, while helping others do the same. However, with her years as a corporate trainer, she realized in order to be truly successful in her new endeavor, she and the industry needed additional training. Hence Quattro XTS®!

As a Founding Member of Quattro XTS® and Vice President Jenny is able to channel her enthusiasm and passion to help other network marketers achieve XTREME success! She works specifically on the expansion of Quattro XTS® into new markets and companies around the world and is committed to getting this proven training system into the hands of every distributor in the industry!
